Our History

Established in 2022 with home offices in West Palm Beach, FL. and Ft. Lauderdale, FL., Global III Events was founded to provide mobile event planning services. We are a full-service event management & planning company.

Although, the company was founded in South Florida, the founder of the company quickly realized the need to provide event planning services, in other cities and states where there may be a void. Global III events is a comprehensive event and planning company, no event is too small or large, we specialize in planning parties (all types), Meet & Greets, Day Parties, customized parties based on our clients work schedules or availability and plan events for the Lifestyle Community which is our signature specialty

Global III Events is a state of the art mobile event planning & management company specializing in private events, concierge services, Day Parties, Pop Up Parties, Meet & Greets, parties of all sizes, erotic theme parties, VIP exclusive events, workshops, conferences, Podcasts and sell exclusive brand merchandise related to the Lifestyle community.

Global III Events is poised to provide one-stop-shop services by handling our clients event planning from beginning to end so they can truly sit back, relax and enjoy their event worry free with their guests.

We focus on innovation, next level event creation with out of the box creativity so that your event vision can become your reality. In our Lifestyle community party space we help our party goers escape from reality through fantasy, breaking boundaries, theme parties, erotic and exotic decor, and interactive games and activities to assist with breaking the ice and feeling comfortable with other party attendees.

Global III Events will roll out its counseling services in 2023, our certified Life and Relationship Coach will be available to support individuals who are new in the Lifestyle, those recently transitioning from a relationship to a single individual, marriages and romantic partnerships develop conflict resolution skills and offer tools to strengthen and deepen intimacy and pleasure, those exploring the Poly or BDSM space, or general life or career coaching.

Rules

Please carefully read and review all rules prior to attending any event.

1. Bring a positive, non-judgmental attitude to the party/event and respect everyone, these are the values of Global III Events.
2. Please ask for permission to touch and/or play. Respect that NO means NO, respect boundaries. It is each attendees responsibility to IMMEDIATELY report to the HOSTS while AT the party any/all behavior you have received which has been disrespectful (verbally or physically) in nature, violated ones personal boundaries or made one feel uncomfortable. All reported matters will be discreetly and swiftly investigated and resolved at the party/event.
3. NO locked doors (unless the HOSTS approves eg “Newbie Room” with security positioned outside the door). Doors shall not be locked at ANY point during a party/event.
4. Global III Events strongly encourages responsible, safe and protective play, some condoms will be provided at the party, but it is guests responsibility to BYOC as we cannot furnished all sizes or brands that individuals may prefer. The safety and well-being of all of our guests is important and a shared responsibility within the Lifestyle community.
5. Please notify the HOST or SECURITY immediately of any water, glass or other obstructions on the floor, in doors or outdoors which may cause an accident or obstruction.
6. Please clean up after yourself and discard of personal items in the garbage cans throughout the property, this includes, but not limited to used condoms, plates, napkins, cups and wipes.
7. In order to have an optimal play experience for all parties involved please practices good hygiene before AND after play encounters. The hosts have provided an array of items in each restroom, a refreshing station to support guests.
8. ZERO TOLERANCE, absolutely NO cameras, videotaping with any technological device in the designated rooms or play areas inside or outdoors, which includes, but not limited to a watch, camera, cell phone. There will be a designated area for photos with a photo release form should you desire to appear on the Global III Events website. Global III Events supports maintaining the privacy of our guests/or clients. In as much as some event attendees are very comfortable with or desire to be photographed or videotaped, please acknowledge and respect this may not be the desire of all party attendees. Discretion is key.
9. Global III Events is not responsible for guests who have independently become intoxicated with alcohol or any other substance before or during the party.
10. Guests should be mindful of all alcohol, sexual enhancements or any other substance(s) they ingest before/during a party/event and remain sober enough to ask for and give consent.
11. Guests who are purchasing a weekend room, the maximum occupancy for each room is two individuals, the hosts must approve of an additional guest; additional donation amount shall occur if approved.
12. Couples (marital and dating) are highly encouraged to figure out their boundaries and be able to share this vision with others as a unit to ensure there are no misunderstandings at the party/event and a great time is had by all party goers. Please refrain from any drama at the party/event.
13. Singles please engage with the significant other of the person you would like to connect with first when dealing with couples. This supports reducing conflict.
14. If lifestyle party attendees come as a couple they must leave as a couple.
15. We ask that everyone plan to arrive by/before (11:00 pm) to maximize the party experience for all parties involved, please advise the host in advance if you will be late. We will start our message to guest between 11:30 pm and by (12 midnight). *Mandatory dress down for all (lingerie for ladies, boxers for men or Birthday suit (optional) shall occur at 12 (midnight), guests can feel free to dress down prior to midnight if they choose to.

16. Please try your best to adhere to the party attire theme requested in advance, it makes for a fun and memorable experience. Bring swimsuits, towels for the pool/jacuzzi when advertised at the property. It is recommended that you also bring your own washcloth and towel to shower after play (if participation occurs) if desired.
17. Take only as much cash as required, most vendors use Cash App or Zelle which can be easily managed from your cell phone. Keep jewelry and other valuables at a bare minimum. Global III Events will not be responsible for lost or stolen property. Please support the party vendors.

Global III Events shall NOT be responsible for loss or stolen “BYOB” alcohol, in as much as we have a bartender and security these individuals cannot and will not be at the bar 24/7 to monitor bottles given other duties, breaks and other team members who have designated duties; if you have a bottle of alcohol that is expensive or you are concerned may potentially leave the bar space please keep this bottle on you or in your vehicle. You may enter/exit the party with a wristband.

All BYOB bottles will be labeled with the owners name, guest are PROHIBITED from tampering with, removing or drinking alcohol or chasers that are not their own; failure to follow this rule “may” result in a warning or the inability to attend future parties/events.
18. Voyeurs (watchers) must remain quiet during all play time sessions.
19. Each room will have a theme attached please ensure that you are going in the room that supports your fantasy or dynamic, it will make for a great time for all parties.
20. At the conclusion time of the party as posted on the flyer the HOSTS and SECURITY will clear the rooms for any guests who are staying over and who have opt for a weekend/overnight package, please respect this process and expeditiously and without incident, vacate the room so that the guest(s) may take command of the room. Should they elect to invite others in this is their choosing.
21. Please adhere to the published parking plan rather the directions speak to shuttling, parking at the party house, off-site parking or the meet and greet venue.
22. Please be mindful of other party-goers who desire to use the designated bedrooms for playful activity as oppose to chat sessions which could prolong ones duration in the room. Special note: please refrain from content creation in the bedrooms which can/will prolong one’s time in the room and violate the no videography/camera policy outside of designated areas.
23. Please refrain from loud talking and interruptions in areas where live BDSM demonstrations or private massages are occurring to ensure the facilitator of the demo/massage can concentrate and the guest can enjoy the experience.
24. All donations are non-refundable, this includes, but not limited to per night/day party entries, room weekend packages, Mega Saver packages, and VIP Suite. Global III Events advertises its parties well in advance, on multiple Lifestyle sites and social media platforms with a goal of being proactive and providing guest extending time to reserve the parties of their choice.
25. Please do NOT break or damage the beds; if for any reason you deem that “rough yet consensual” play or “group” play may occur which “may” potentially break or damage the bed(s) we kindly ask that you/playmates transition to the floor. Please notify Host immediately should you notice any bed is damage or weak.
26. Global III Events is a member of the National Coalition of Sexual Freedom and Safer Sex.

Global III Events is in no way responsible for STD advance testing, on-site testing or reviewing medical records of individual guest at the parties, as such each attendee is responsible for their own safe sex practices from beginning to the end of “play” to protect themselves and others at this private membership event.
